00 / JOINING PROJECT
Project Overview
As my first project with Blueprint, where projects run two semesters long to ensure high-quality, fully developed applications, I joined this one halfway through its implementation. This experience pushed me to quickly onboard into an unfamiliar codebase and existing design system, adapt my process around decisions the team had already made, and learn how to collaborate effectively with teammates who had months of context I didn't have. It taught me how to contribute meaningfully without starting from scratch.
